We accept returns but acceptance is subject to the rules stated below:
You have fourteen (14) days to return an item from the date you received it along with a copy of the order confirmation email received at time of purchase. Failure to include the order confirmation email may delay your refund.
Eligibility for a return –
The item(s) must be returned in a new and unused condition, unaltered, and free of damages by the customer. Returned items must not be washed. All items will be reviewed individually upon return.
Item(s) must be returned with all seals, tags still attached and with all protective materials in place. Protective materials include the original packaging of the item.
We reserve the right not to accept any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way.
Refunds and Exchange
Once your item is received, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund or exchange after inspecting the item(s).
You are eligible to a cash refund only if we sent you a wrong size or wrong product, and the refund will be processed upon return of your order through your original payment method.
For returns which were initiated due to reasons other than wrong size or wrong product, an SMP voucher equivalent to the cost of returned item will be issued to you.
Items on sales are not eligible for refunds or store credits.
If the goods are damaged when delivered, you can send them back with proof for exchange or store credit
Returns usually take up to 14 days to be received and processed. When your return has been processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method, this could take up to 5 workdays. We will keep in touch with you along the way and send you an email once it’s all done
Shipping and handling fees of original purchase are not eligible for refunds.
The delivery cost for the original order is non-refundable.
We shall take responsibility for the delivery cost for returns made through our designated logistics partner.
If we receive a returned item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will become void, and the item(s) will be sent back to you, and you will be asked to cover the delivery cost.
